Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is currently working closely with a delightful school in Stafford to find a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join their team. This full-time position is available for an immediate start and will continue until the end of the academic year.

Roles and Requirements:
– As a Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to support the learning and development of students.
– Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities.
– Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help.
– Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
– Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
– Collaborate with the teacher and other staff members to ensure the well-being and academic success of all students.
To be successful in this role, you must:
– Have a passion for working with children and supporting their educational journey.
– Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
– Have a relevant qualification in education or a related field (desirable but not essential).
– Prior experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is advantageous.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
