Receptionist

Job Description

Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support in an educational setting? We are currently seeking a School Receptionist to join our team at a SEND School in Handsworth, Birmingham. This is a full-time position starting from February 2025, with working hours from 8am till 4pm.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist, preferably within a school environment. However, if you have relevant receptionist experience in a different sector and possess a strong commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs, we encourage you to apply.

As the School Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for students, parents, and staff. Your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, greeting visitors, organizing school records, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the school office.
