Zest Education, an award-winning education agency, is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Early Years Classroom Support Assistant to join a lovely school in Yardley. Our client is a well-respected educational institution with a strong commitment to providing high-quality learning experiences for its students.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Full-Time Early Years Classroom Support Assistant, you will work closely with the classroom teacher to support the educational and emotional development of young learners. Your responsibilities will include assisting in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support to students, helping with classroom management, and creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. The successful candidate must have a passion for working with children, excellent communication skills, a patient and caring attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Zest Education are an REC audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
