Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs to reach their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Nuneaton.
Starting in September 2024, this role requires you to work 3 days a week from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with flexibility to be discussed during the interview. The school caters to students aged 3-18 with a diverse range of needs outlined in their EHCPs.
As a Teaching Assistant at this school, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where students can flourish. Your responsibilities will include promoting independence, managing behaviours positively, and ensuring that every day is engaging and fulfilling for our students.
Working closely with passionate educators in small classes, you will help deliver a personalised curriculum that meets the individual needs of each student. Your dedication and commitment will ensure that every student’s potential is recognized and nurtured to the fullest.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
