We have a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant in a unique special educational needs school located in Nuneaton.
As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Autism (ASC) and social, emotional, and mental health difficulties (SEMH) from the age of 6-18. Your dedication to helping children develop essential life skills, both academically and socially, will be paramount in this role.
We are looking for a passionate individual who embodies patience, empathy, and resilience. Your previous experience in supporting individuals with special educational needs will be invaluable as you work closely with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis. Your ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment will be essential in helping students thrive.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced teachers, assisting with resources, maintaining the classroom, and offering individualised support to students. Your commitment to overcoming challenges and your unwavering motivation to help students achieve their full potential will be key to your success in this position.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
