Job Description

Zest Education is currently collaborating with a lovely school in Stafford to recruit a dedicated Year 3 Teacher. This role will be on a full-time basis and will start as soon as possible.

Role and Responsibilities:
– Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
– Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and well-being.
– Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support individual growth.
– Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
– Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.

Requirements:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
– Proven ability to differentiate instruction and support the learning needs of all students.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
– Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
– Ability to start immediately and commit to a full-time position until the end of the academic year.
