Zest Education is currently in search of a dedicated and experienced part-time Teaching Assistant to join a team at a vibrant primary school in Northfield. This position requires immediate availability to provide 1-1 support to a child in the Y3 class with diagnosed autism and ADHD. The ideal candidate for this role should possess resilience, reliability, and compassion whilst being understanding of the needs of child requiring additional support.
As a TA at this fantastic 2-form entry school, located conveniently with excellent public transport connections to the city centre, you will work closely with a team of passionate teachers and staff members. The successful candidate will be proactive, engaging, and have a good sense of humour to support a positive learning environment for the child.
This role is part-time, mornings only, from Monday to Friday. Applicants must hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification or higher in a relevant childcare qualification to be considered for this rewarding opportunity.

All candidates must hold an enhanced DBS (or allow us to process one for you) and be registered to the DBS Update Service, be able to provide references to cover the last two years and successfully pass all other necessary safeguarding checks prior to clearance for work.
Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
