Primary Teaching Assistant

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping young minds thrive in their educational journey? A wonderful School in Burntwood is seeking a dedicated and motivated Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team. This part-time role, three days a week, offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will have the chance to support our experienced teaching staff in delivering outstanding lessons and ensuring that every child receives the attention they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
– Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance or have specific learning needs.
– Encouraging and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
– Assisting with classroom management and maintaining discipline.

Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting is desirable.

– Relevant qualifications in education or related field.
